a diver/crew member, please follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Please read Information about becoming a crew member for Mel Fisher's Dive Team on the Atocha & Margarita Wreck Sites.
Step 2: Fill out the Diver application form by clicking here Your application will be reviwed in the order it is received.
Step 3: Print, fill out and fax the Background Authorization Form This is required before your application is reviewed.
