While several important issues were not fully and satisfactorily resolved in the negotiations, we feel that substantial and important progress was made and applaud the states willingness to compromise towards a workable rule. It shows the Divisions willingness to move forward with the Private Sector Salvage Industry in a cooperative manner and spirit.
